We are not members of the BBB for simple reasons as detailed in this expose linked below. On a few ocassions we, as consumers have been on the wrong end of bad deals with companies.  We sought help through the BBB and in all instances the BBB took our complaints, sontacted the other side and and told us we had no case. We prefer to handle any legitimate disputes with customers ourself rather than for them to be fooled by the BBB or the BBB come after us threatening to blackmail us unless we become members of their organization. I do not think all BBB are dishonest but I have dealt with three and go the same results with all three. All three businesses were members of the BBB's we complained to. Shocking coincidence? I don't think so.
