Combustion Air Kit-2"x4"x8"-R806

A fireplace uses an inordinate amount of air to burn. That is why even when you have a good fire going you can be warm on the side next to the fireplace and cold on the side away from the fire. A better way to burn is to have your fireplace itself provide the air it uses rather than taking it  from inside your home. Instead of using the air you have already paid to heat to provide oxygen to the fire you need to install a Combustion Air Kit. Cool air is then taken from outside the living space and feeds the fire to heat the living space!! Works only on fireplaces that are on the outside wall.

Our kits take a little work to put in but make it oh so nice.

The fireplace must have its back wall on the outside of the home. The air kit replaces a brick in the back wall of the fireplace and has a large eye that can be accessed with a log poker to open when starting a fire and pushed closed when the fire is out.

Extension 2"x4"x8"-R807

Use Extension when more depth is needed. Doubles the depth of the kit to get out the back wall. Kit is adjustable to just the right depth.
