This insert meets EPA requirements and is approved for both masonry and manufactured fireplaces. The EPA requirements are met without using costly catalytic combustors that need replacing often while in use.
It includes a Whisper Quiet heat circulating blower system to heat up to 1,500 square feet. It features a single lever burn control to regulate primary and secondary air creating a clean burn. Minimum fireplace opening to accomodate is 28 1/2" wide X 22" high X 16 1/2" deep.
Black, gold, and satin chrome doors are available. An effective air wash system in combination with high temperatures keeps the viewing glass relatively clean. High temperature, ceramic glass is used for safety. This insert requires a full top-to-bottom reline with a 6" diameter insulated liner to meet codes & operate at best efficiency.
